Do you have an excuse for a body workout?

Are you tied up with work most of the time? Most people do.  By the time we reach home from work, there's basically no time left after house chores, dinner, bath, internet, etc.  And during weekends, it should be a rest day.  Everyday seems to be full of activities and if its not, it should be meant for a rest day.

If you want a healthy life, if you want to enjoy your effort during old days, if you want to see how your child/children & grandchild/grandchildren while you enjoy your retirement, if you wan to still contribute respects  to your parents, you have to  first take care of your body. If  you are currently single, that's a solid reason to maintain a healthy body.  No matter if you are slim or fit.  It's a matter of health.  Everybody needs it.  It's just the formula to get the sweat out.

Are you thinking of joining a workout class but never had the time for it due to various commitments?  An easy  way is to buy a workout video.  Kickboxing (Taebo-Billy Blanks) is working for me because it's making me sweat so quick and have my whole muscles moving and it suits both genders.  If you are a  freestyler and like to move the way you like, go for it.  Play some hot music and get moving.  Come on, it's exercise time. 

I have just had mine.  It's amazing to start a day early with a good workout.
