I can understand how lawyers felt

As I skimmed the sites for some answers, I came across a blog which is set up by local practicing lawyer.  It's about marital and divorce.  There's just too much problems face by people nowadays.  As I read, I can feel how bad is it for a lawyer to sit there and hear all the complaints.  I know if I were to listen to everybody's stories, I would be sleeping right away.

Some lawyers thought of monetary compensation where they would charge the clients per consultation.  It's just helpless for people who can hardly afford a living.  I know that there's legal aid for the poor.  But middle class, will sure have more problems with this.  Single divorce petition can easily shoot upto thousands and thousands.  I hope to see some improvement on this but I am really doubtful of what the government can offer.  After all the tax that we have paid, we all deserve aids in anyways.

1. Make a police report - inform them that you need the case to be investigated
2. Make a medical checkup at the government hospital, a copy of police report is required
3. Another meetup with the Chief Inspector - this is for them to proceed with investigation and detainment if the culprit.

Two types of people

KULIM: They are young boys – not old enough to carry identity cards. And their victim is much younger.

One of the lads bragged in class that he and some friends had lured the seven-year-old girl into a hut and sexually assaulted her.

She screamed in pain but they continued to sodomise and rape her.

The matter was reported to their teacher who in turn told the mother of the 10-year-old braggart what had happened.

Police said they have picked up three boys – aged 10 to 11 – in connection with the alleged incident that occurred in Bandar Baru, near here, on Oct 13.

The boys are out on bail after having their statements recorded.

It is learnt the girl was playing near her house when the boys invited her to follow them to the hut, about 2km from her home, at 10am on that day.

In the hut, the victim claimed she was forced to strip.

The boys, after raping her, warned her not to tell her parents about the incident.

The victim only blurted out the story after her mother, 33, questioned her.

A medical examination confirmed the victim was raped and sodomised.

The angry parents want the police to conduct a thorough investigation and take action against the suspects.

The 36-year-old father, a lorry driver, said he would take legal action against the families of the young suspects.

Kedah CID chief Asst Comm Zakaria Ahmad confirmed the incident and said investigations were underway and police hoped to wrap up the investigation soon.

They've always said that we should be positive.  Positive in everything.  But i was so stucked in my world and forgot how to apply it to this problem.  Until she hit me up with this, she said.... Positive will not cause disappointment.  It is about finding the right solution in every problem faced.  If that matter has been bothering you, you have to analyze it well and "make friends" with your problem so that you will find away to overcome it.  The important is that if you are willing to let go your egoism, you will feel happiness is just around the corner.  Understand your problem and what makes you sad today and think of what you can do today to change your feeling.

Despite of the laws and how strict you enforce certain things, there'll always be loopholes in the system.  Most of the times, when you think something is not right, is definitely not right.  There's no need a rule to spell it clearly.  If there's no love, why is it so difficult to dissolve a marriage.  Marriage is just a paper.

Married or Not

This advice: Don't get married for the sake of marrying. 

Marrying is just a paper/cert that bind two humans together.  They could dissolve the marriage easily.  Why is everybody still bothered to be hurt in marriage.  Maybe a more realistic idea is to have just a relationship is more than sufficient.  If girls can afford their own expenses and live better without the lover, getting married is never a wise choice.

Why is my macro not running when i run it in other PC?

Here's some checklist to go through if you have problems of excel macro not running when you switch PC: -

1. Always check the security settings. Make sure it has lowest security level set. From Excel windows, go to Tools Tab and select Macro, then Security. You will see the dialog box below

2.  Check if you have the same VBA references between the two.   To avoid this, you may need to run the file at the former PC and jot down the references under Tools and make sure the new PC has these installed.























3. Antivirus may have caused this.  Check with your network administrator.  If you are on your own  private PC, you may de-activate Antivirus and try to test run the macro.

Finding Happiness

Yikes! Insomnia's hitting me back.. So, I am wide awake.  After checking what i can check online, Then, decide to post a piece of random rant here.  Hmm.. there's someone mentioned about people tend to forget that they should keep their shit in their yard.  I am super-sensitive creature, so, I'll try to be good.













Just wondering, what's good to do so that it will make my life more colorful than facing this square box hoping for some entertainment.  Probably this odd feeling comes yesterday's gathering.  Ok, i got some valuable advice and stories that I can relate to.  The main point is to think positive and for those that you are unable to make change of, be cool with it.  It's karma.

Life's never go the way you expect.  If it does, then, it will be dull and you never know the meaning of happiness.  this is what i have been hearing.  When there's someone hits a problem,  I'll have tonnes of advice to giveaway.  When I am facing it myself, I have problems to get myself out and instead, heading straight to hit the danger zone.  You will never know until you face it yourself.

The thing is, to search for happiness.  You must sit and think of what you do to make yourself light and happy.  Then do it with passion.  Nothing beats passion.. 

Trying hard to get it

You have tried your best but it is not working out as expected.  Could it be better if you leave it as it is? it's not up to you to make it happen anyway.
