1. what is the age group for using Zenzoria
age 14 to 100, includes teenagers who begin to have skin & facial problems

2. I had undergone laser treatments and chemical peeling and my skin has became sensitive, can i use Zenzoria product?
Yes, Zenzoria helps to rejuvenate and rebuild skin cells.  Firstly start with No. 6, the moisturizer to sooth and assuange the skin from irritations.  After 1 month, then only use No. 3, No. 4 (First month; Day: use 1,2,6,5 Night: use 1,2,6)


3. Why after using Zenzoria, my face appears red with burning sensation?
Zenzoria contains Vitamin A, helps to promote blood circulation in the face.  Good blood circulation helps to produce healthy new cells.

4. After using Zenzoria I feel puffy and dry, have skin flaking, why?
As cell metabolism speeds up, old cells are pushed to the surface of the epidermis layer, this resulting in puffy skin.  And the skin will then flake off due to cell regeneration.  (at this stage, you will feel dry).  During cleansing, you can gently remove the skin flakes with lot of water, but never attempt to peel them off forcefully).


5. After using Zenzoria why I feel a prickling sensation?

This occurs with the effect of the products penetrating into your epidermis layer.  This reaction will stop once your skin gets used to it.  Cool your face by blowing with a fan.  This will reduce the prickling sensation

6. Why is it not advisable to use make-up during Recon Programme?
Substances like wax and oil in cosmetic products will slow down the process of re-construction and re-conditioning of the skin.  If you have to use make-up for a particular occasion, apply double dosage of No. 5 sunscreen before doing the make-up.

7. Why do some wart-like spots appear on my face after usage?
This happens if you use too little of No.3 Reborn and No.4 Refine.  In addition, you might have over-rubbed your skin during application.  Always apply Zenzoria with light, gentle strokes

8. Can I use Zenzoria if my job requires me to work outdoors?
Yes.  However, you have to apply No. 5 sunscreen frequently and in greater porportions.

9. What if I'm allergic to certain products?
Other than highly (very) sensitive skin, there will hardly be any allergic reaction.  For those who have highly sensitive skin, apply no. 4 skinrecon in smaller proportions, this will help alleviate the problem.  If you still experience severe allergic reaction, then stop using it immediately

10. Can I apply Zenzoria around or new eye area?
Yes.  But it's advisable to do it under proper guidance of your upline.  Avoid applying at the corners of your eyes, nose and mouth as the skin in these areas are thinner and  may peel off easily.

11. Why does Zenzoria contain Glycolic Acid?
Glycolic acid is a fruit-acid, capable of softening epidermis layers so that nutrients can penetrate deep into the skin.  Studies have shown that the use of glycolic acid will speed up cell regeneration and stimulate the production of collagen (the protein fiber that keeps skin from sagging and wrinkling).

12.  Is there any particular lifestyle that I should adhere to during the programme?
While it is not necessary to drastically change the way you live, but adopting a healthy lifestyle involving balanced diets, quality sleep, sufficient intake of water as well as exercising regularly is rather important.  Health supplement such as Fema Enhancer Softgels is highly recommended to those with pigmentation, freckles, age spots, dry skin.  And Phyto Fiber is good for those with pimples/acne skin.  a radiant and beautiful skin is a positive indication of healthy living.

13. Can I use other products while using Zenzoria?
In order to achieve best results, it is  not advisable to use or replace other products with Zenzoria as they may may not be compatible with one another.

14. How long does it take to see results?
After using Zenzoria for 30 days, you are expect to see 40% improvement in your skin.  When you have completed 2 sets of recon programme, there will be 80% improvement in your skin.  For those who are over 40 years of age or have serious skin problems, we recommend 4 sets of recon programme.  Go for maintenance programme, once you are satisfied with your skin condition.

15. Why hasn't my skin developed reactions soon after using Zenzoria?
If you  have healthy or oily skin, you may need between 2 to 4 weeks to develop any skin reaction.

16. Shy I feel itchy?
Itchiness occurs when the dead cell skin layer is flaking off or when eruption occurs on the skin.  Gently pat on the itchy area with the back of your hand.  Never scratch, if the itchiness is unrelenting, apply No. 6 moisturizer to soothe it.

17. Why do more pimples or pus appear?
When skin cells are exfoliating, impurities are pushed out to the surface of the skin.  Apply No.8 Pimple serum and also No. 4 Refine on the affected areas to improve the blood circulation and metabolism.  Healing effect can be expected.

18.  After few weeks, why is my pigmentation darkening?
When dead cells are removed, the inner pigment layer will surface naturally, skin will adjust itself to normal state when the pigmentation sheds off.  Apply additional layer of No.3 and No. 4 on pigment areas to increase the metabolism of melanin.

19. Can I perform peeling, massage, steaming on my face?
After using Zenzoria, it is not necessary to perform peeling, massage and steaming.  Zenzoria initiates exfoliation of unhealthy skin while accelerating the growth of new cells and blood vessels, giving your skin a healthy and pickish glow.  It also stimulates the production of collagen, revives skin's elasticity and firmness.

20.  How long should I use Zenzoria?
You can use Zenzoria products as long as you desire.  Once you are satisfied with your skin condition, you may continue to use Maintenance programme to keep your skin to be younger and healthier all the time.
