Really got fed up with this Airasia... So problematic with the website. I had been trying 10+ times of guest details key in..Both IE and Mozilla... do they wan us to do typo and earn from our key in mistakes. WASTING TIME
I had the same problem... I am really upset and I guess this advertising campaign is a big rip-off... I am complaining to their office and kept screen shots of these problems... if u want to contact me jimwiwi@free.fr
ReplyDeleteAlways the same problem, multiple errors when paying with credit card or trying to log in. They really have to sort out their website. It made me completely lose confidence in the company.
