ReplyDeleteI agree. I find it strange that in less "civilized" parts of the world they give rapists a slap on the wrist and allow him to do more damage at a later time. Yet Americans would deem this sort of thing as "barbaric". But I believe this should be done, or something equally vile.

ReplyDeleteFor a conviction to stand under Islamic law the there must be 3 male witnesses to the rape.
If a woman is out alone without her owner or male escorts, its not rape, she consented, whatever the circumstances.
The recent 'rape' of the woman reported in Egypt was not rape under Islamic law. She consented because she was without male escorts.
It was quite definitely her fault - that's Arab logic.
Rape is a PROPERTY crime in Islamic law. You want to be a piece of property????
